Mecca finds the history of dogs interesting and loves looking up a new breed to see what the history is on a dog. As she tells people every dog breed has a history from many years ago.
She spends time reading and continuing her education.
In 2018 Mecca began her studies to become a Certified Professional Dog Trainer and she also became a Certified Dog Bite Prevention Educator and a member of Association of Professional Dog Trainers and International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants. She decided to pursue a career that she knows she will enjoy. She teaches people how to train their dogs in a very humane and force-free way. She uses reward -based training and keeps your dogs safety in mind.
Aversive training can be harmful to a dog and damage the relationship you have with your dog. Training tools, such as prong collars, choke, shock collars are tools that can cause fear or aggression. Do you really want your dog being fearful of you or not listening to you at all?
